The Threece 2011 is in the books. We’re just rollin’, swangin’…..

Well me and G-Bird returned from ‘The Threece’ a.k.a. ‘The Third Coast Expedition’ a.k.a. ‘The Galveston Trip’ a.k.a. ‘The Topic of ‘On The Seawall‘ yesterday and it was the best trip so far (2003 was the first journey). The island was poppin’ and we were able to blow a lot of money in a short period of time. For me, Galveston is the damn spot and I don’t care what others think or say about it not being a place worth visiting. We left B-Town at 8:30am on Friday and didn’t get back until 11pm on Sunday…that’s how you milk a weekend. Flippin’ on Crystal Beach on the Bolivar Peninsula is still one of my favorite activities on this beautiful 3rd Coast. There’s only a couple pics below but if you really want to know what the trip is about then just watch the video compilation of years past. If you haven’t been then I suggest you make a trip, and look for us at the same time next year!!

Big Hush Pick #1 – Slim Thug “Black & Yellow”

Check it out, obviously I won’t have things to post everyday related to my own music. So I thought I’d hit y’all from time to time with the things I’m listening to and videos I’m watching. I want y’all to be regular visitors to this site! haha. So here’s my first pick. I’ll be honest I couldn’t stand this song (the original) and I only heard it once up until about a month ago. But the beat is a banger. Once I sat back and just listened to the instrumental I was ready to go bust something lol. So wouldn’t you know it one of the Texas greats, Slim Thug, got ahold of this thing and did it justice. So take a listen and let me know what you think!

Full Footage from Feb. 19th Show!

Ladies and gents I finally got my lazy ass around to editing the footage from the most recent live event. So Check it out! Parts 1 and 2. I’m mad though, I had to chop them down a bit due to YouTube’s 15 minute time limit on videos. So I lost the part where the crowd was singing “When I’ll Get My Sleep” with me, and it was awesome. Ah well, the rest of it is all there so sit back, relax and watch. For those of you that didn’t go to the show you better go to the next one!! Feb. 19th Show Went Great

Well last night’s show was an all-around success. Had a lot of fun, met some artists and jammed some real B/CS rap music. Big shout out to Shawn Noize, SHELLZ, 1402 Boys and Justin Wilson for killin’ their sets. And thank you to Unleashed MMA for hosting the event. Be sure to check them all out online! I had a blast performing for a pretty good size crowd that turned out. This was the first show where I pulled out the ol’ “When I say Big, y’all say Hush” bit and it was the coolest thing I’ve ever heard lol. Thank you everyone that came out to support the music. This will hopefully just be one of many so if you didn’t go last night then make sure you go to the next one!
